We are looking for someone with initiative, drive, and accountability to support our B2B sales operations. This person will be responsible for coordinating between our wholesale customers, sales team members, production team and finance department to ensure smooth operations from estimates to dispatch to payment.
Specific responsibilities will include:
In coordination with sales and finance members, prepare and send estimates, invoices, ledgers and contracts to customers
Prepare and analyze B2B MIS, create actionable reports and share insights with senior management
Coordinate with operations team to ensure processing of orders of customers in good standing
Interact with customers to assist with any issues regarding invoicing and payment, assist in recovering A/R
Serve as an additional resource for the sales department on an ad hoc basis
Assist with after sales service support to customers by coordinating with internal team as well as service partners
