Assistant Service Manager

Location: Delhi NCR, India

Key Responsibilities

●Scheduling and supervise repair work for both B to B and B to C and assist with
checking installation and servicing building equipment and implementation of
Procedures.
●Maintain Inventory levels and spare parts within budget for efficient and speedy
execution of tasks.
●Order parts, supplies, and equipment from catalogs and suppliers, or obtain them
from the warehouse through the process in place.
● Coordination with Customer and team in order to make the Service flow
smoothly.
● Interact and negotiate with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure
network products and services. 

● Keeping track of tickets generated on the dashboard at various levels such as
generation, assigning and closing.
● Maintaining categorical record of all the tickets to analyze efficiency of various
team members and procedures.
● Communicating status and timelines related to various tasks to different
stakeholders involved

 

Candidate Specification

Qualification:  Must be a Graduate; (Post Graduation will be an added advantage)

Experience: Must have min 2 years of experience within B2B/B2C Installation & Maintenance vertical.
