Shipping Policy

Domestic Orders

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies only. We roast twice a week, typically on Wednesdays and Sundays, and ship the coffee within 24 hours of roasting.  

Once you place your order, you will be notified of your exact roasting and shipping date. If you have an urgent request, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and postal authorities.  Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card, unless specified at the time of order.  If a package arrives in damaged condition, the customer should refuse the shipment from the carrier and inform Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters immediately.

Our prices are inclusive of VAT/CST only and the buyer is responsible for any extra taxes and duties levied by the local authorities (for example, Octroi in MH).

Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters is proud to use PayU for fast, easy and efficient secure payments. All major credit cards and Net Banking portals are accepted.  For domestic customers who do not have local banking or credit card access, we offer payment via Paypal.

International Orders We are happy to accept and ship international orders.  Please contact us with your order, and we will get right back to you with the shipping costs. For all customers, we will email a confirmation of your delivery date to your mail ID as specified during registration.
